TMJ / Jaw Joint Audible Sounds, Clicks and Pops and Mechanisms Explained

https://youtu.be/oLE4eycPXFw

In this episode we unpack clicky jaw.

Clicky Jaw is due to the jaw joint disc moving out (usually forward) or pushed out to be more precise.

But because the articular disc does not have nerve supply, it is not painful.

This often means people with clicks in the jaw joint leave it untreated until it annoys then so much or become painful from prolonged period of untreated disc dysfunction often causing early onset of osteoarthritis (potentially).

Prevention is always better than treatment it self.

So we want you to be proactive and start solving this issue early after the onset.
